This project involved relocating and modifying an existing conveyor system and industrial machinery to improve the plant layout and enhance material-handling efficiency. CES Auto Machine was responsible for dismantling and relocating conveyor structures, fabricating new conveyor sections, adjusting conveyor elevations, and integrating the modified line with the existing production system.
On the automation side, the project included relocation of MCC panels, PLC program upgrades, and WinCC system modifications, sensor replacement, I/O signal testing, and full system commissioning. The upgraded conveyor automation system was designed to ensure smoother operation, better reliability, and safer long-term performance, with on-site engineering support provided during plant start-up.
